I was nominated for this award, and out of nowhere, I won it. Haha. Actually, it was Nadira who gave me this award. I'm soo grateful to accept this award and I'll also have to give this award away to some cool girls below:

• Nadira - We 1st met at a bowling centre in Batu Pahat, Johor, Malaysia. I was with my friend and she was there with her boyfriend, Cecil Visigoth. And no, we didn't click immediately until one day I met her in the university campus (Oh yeah, she was in the same Uni) and I went to stay in her room. She treated me so good, and until now I still don't know why. But anyway, I think she is one of the sweetest person you can ever find in the world. (No, it is not a bodek OK?)
• Eryn - Was my classmates for 1 year and a half in the uni. Also used to be my roommate. I was technically the worst roommate ever, and yet she could hold on. Best friend who would help me anytime, and I still owe her some money right?
  
• My only sister. Sure, we had some ups and downs, but we are sisters no matter what.
  
• My mummy. My loyal chatting partner. My domestic diva. My personal brand of best chef. My everything.
  
• Era - My childhood friend. My playmate. My partner in crime. Long time ago.
• Wanie - My classmates in school. Also used to be my partner in crime. And now, she is counting the days to her wedding, probably on December.
• Sharifah - My protege, starting from 2003 until now. She has such a big respect towards me and would always give me a credit for anything she has done. Now a nursing student in one of hundreds nursing colleges in Malaysia.

Happy 2nd Birthday Baby!

Hello again everybody, today is my nephew's 2nd birthday. His name is El Arshad Mohammed and was born on May 19th, 2007 (of course). Too bad, I won't be around near him today. We are about 284 miles apart (according to Google Earth). Yeah, he is in Kota Bharu while I'm in Kuala Lumpur. But I'm sure will gonna see him later on this end of month.

Latest update from me, I had signed up for a Paypal account. That is because I'm interested in cashing out my EC credits. Haha. Nope. Actually it is for online trade purposes, such as selling or buying online and also for transferring money in case someone is generous enough to give me some money.. LOL. Also, I have activated my Twitter account, so if you ever feel like following me (and my updates), please feel free to do so.

Oh, I feel so lazy to go to classes nowadays! Especially the Environmental Health Legislation class. I have to learn everything about law subject and I feel like a lawyer or Magistrate already! FYI, I'm taking 2 subjects this semester, and the other one is Occupational Safety and Health (OSHA). I love the OSHA subject better... :-)

Birthday Ramblings

Well, yesterday was 15th of May, my big brother's 23rd birthday. And well, today is 22nd of mine. Normally, people would have something planned on their very Birthday. But not me. LOL.

I'm just gonna lay low at my crib today. That's because I had pretty much enjoyed hanging out with my homegirls at one of the biggest shopping mall in Kuala Lumpur yesterday We went to Midvalley Megamall to watch movies and have some high cholesterol fastfood. But the highlight of the day was playing bowling. I won the game against 3 of my friends. 2 strikes and some spares.. that was quite good I think. And we watched the new movie, Push.

For the record, I have watched about 5 or 6 movies this month alone. Let's see:

1. Paul Blart: The Mall Cop
2. X-Men Origins: Wolverine
3. Push
4. Bohsia: Jangan Pilih Jalan Hitam (Malay movie)
5. Star Trek
6. The Fast and Furious 4

Oh well, I didn't believe I had extra time for those movies. Usually, I would watch either 1 or 2 movies per month. But anyways, who cares?

When I got back home, I found a wedding invitation on the table. That is from an acquitance from college. The wedding is to be held on 4th of June. And then there is more, from my a friend from my former university. And then I also heard one of my schoolmates is getting engaged in the end of the month. Oh seems like everyone's getting hitched. So fast eh? Or is it only me who is lagging behind all of them? 50% positive I think.

But anyways, let's look at the brighter side OK? Haha I will keep telling it to myself. Meanwhile, I have planned to watch these movies in the future. My June to-watch list:

Real Saver

This is my new USB broadband modem, got it on Thursday. I found it online and it cost me RM 210. That is quite a bargain for a new unit. I'm so happy with the performance compared to my previous modem. By the way, the previous modem had been sold to a nice lady, also through online for a nice price. I guess it wasn't meant for me :-( ... and I hope the modem will work just fine with the new owner. Funny thing was, I was thinking to increase the price after I watched the lady came to my apartment on a gorgeous Toyota Fortuner. My friends also said so, but I didn't do it.

And now, I just need to think of paying the bills! Oh yes, that is my new Acer Aspire One netbook and also new pink bedsheet! :-)

Lazy May

Hello again, everybody! Well, less than 2 weeks ago I thought I would be able to update my blog regularly as I had signed up for a broadband internet connection. I spent about RM300 on the registration while I was on the semester break back at my hometown then. And I should say that the broadband connection back at my hometown was quite good, but when I came back to my apartment here in Kuala Lumpur, the connection just sucked. One of my friends said that it had to do with the height of my location. I'm staying in 26th floor of an apartment which stands on one of the highest areas in Kuala Lumpur. My friend claimed that it was also because of my cheap modem and I couldn't agree more with him because my housemate happens to use a different modem but her internet connection is just good compared to mine. So this is what I'm going to do, I will go and get the same modem which my housemate is using.

I'm currently in 6th semester now, and boy I'm so glad because I only have 2 subjects to face this semester. I got lots of time to rest and also for badminton session on 5.30 pm everyday. And also this 16th of May will be my 22nd birthday. I should get myself a very nice gift (LOL). Ah, let's not talk about it.

I think I'm gonna go out today, maybe I'll catch a movie or buy a new book; my usual routines, you know. Thinking of watching Wolverine, because one of my friends highly recommended the movie. Last Tuesday, I watched Paul Blart: The Mall Cop and it was very hilarious. Have you watched the movie? Go watch it, it will make your day. :-)
